By accessing our website, submitting a request, or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

We provide residential, commercial, and industrial waste collection, recycling, cleaning, grass cutting, and related waste management services across Brunei-Muara, Tutong, Belait, and Temburong. Service availability, collection schedules, and plan inclusions are confirmed at the time of sign-up and may vary by district and property type.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services with reasonable notice, except where changes are required immediately for safety, regulatory, or operational reasons.

Invoices are generated on a monthly basis and are payable by the due date stated on the invoice. We accept online card payments, bank transfer, and payments through your customer account. Prices are subject to change with prior notice; any changes will not affect invoices already issued.

Late or missed payments may result in a reminder notice and, if unresolved, a temporary suspension of service until the outstanding balance is settled.

Residential plans may be cancelled at any time with at least seven (7) days' written notice. Commercial and industrial plans may be subject to a minimum contract term as agreed at sign-up; early cancellation of such plans may be subject to the terms of the individual service agreement.

We take reasonable care in performing our services but are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from missed collections due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, or force majeure events. Customers are responsible for ensuring bins and materials are presented safely and in accordance with our collection guidelines.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brunei Darussalam.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
