Your monthly fee covers scheduled bin collection, disposal, and standard support for the plan you choose. Add-ons like extra bins or bulk pickups may vary by plan.
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes typically take effect from your next billing cycle.
We accept online payments, bank transfer, and card payments through your customer account. Invoices are sent monthly by email.
Residential plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. Commercial and industrial plans may include a minimum term depending on your requirements.
We currently serve all four districts of Brunei — Brunei-Muara, Tutong, Belait, and Temburong.
